Carol has built her business based on a high level of service that is synonymous with Barry Cohen Homes. Her clients have turned to her for all their real estate needs, be it residential, commercial, recreational or out-of-country purchases. Carol has attained her real estate Broker license and most recently passed her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation. She is a member of the US National Association of Realtors and has an international network of agents ready to assist her Toronto clients with purchases abroad.
Previously, Carol was her own General Contractor on an award-winning custom home built on 50 acres. Successfully navigating the intricacies of designing and building a home has driven her passion and love for all things real estate.
In her free time she can be found working on a design update for her Toronto home built in 1912.
