After emigrating from St. Petersburg in the late 1970s, Margarita obtained her Real Estate License in 1981, and since that time has been involved in the sale of hundreds of homes and condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area. Margarita has worked with a wide variety of clients from all walks of life, and from many countries around the world, from first-time buyers, to experienced investors. Margarita also spent many years working in new home sales in the north end of the city, and brings with her a breath of experience to offer her existing and new clients.
