Al comes from an Electronic Engineering background with over 18 years of professional selling for Fortune 500 hundred companies such as, IBM and Oracle, providing solutions to some of the largest North American companies.
While Al was very successful in selling Information Technology and recognized with several prestigious awards, he was also building on his passion for real estate. He shifted to real estate as a full-time professional about a decade ago. Leveraging corporate experience, effective go-to-market strategies, negotiation skills, and above all a genuine respect for client success, Al has rapidly made a name for himself in the industry. He is well networked with significant international investors, developers as well as buyers.
Use of technology, analytical approach, and extensive knowledge of the homes in the area which he has sold in the past decade, enables Al to identify the latest trends in the local real estate market and provide his seller clients with valuable insight to the market and the value of their single biggest investment.
