Hoggs Hollow

One of Toronto’s most highly-valued areas, and best known for its “country living in the city” feel, the Hoggs Hollow neighbourhood is located in the Don River Valley just south of York Mills Rd.

The neighbourhood is full of historical landmarks and named after the Scottish settler Joseph Hogg who came to the area in 1824. Joseph Hogg operated a whisky distillery and a grist mill and was viewed as the most successful miller in the valley.

The charming Hoggs Hollow neighbourhood has character on its streets from winding crescents and private cul-de-sacs to homes with private driveways lined with mature trees.

St. Andrews-Windfield

St. Andrews-Windfield is a highly desired neighbourhood for luxury real estate in Toronto. It was named after the famous Windfields Estate owner E.P Taylor, a Canadian business tycoon, investor, and philanthropist.  He was Canada’s famous racehorse breeder who bred Northern Dancer, the greatest stallion of the 20th century.

The neighbourhood’s setting encompasses a variety of parks and golf courses. Banbury

The area of Banbury is the youngest neighbourhood in York Mills, developed in the 1950’s.  This exceptional neighbourhood features winding streets surrounded by Ravines and boasts some of the top rated schools in the city, fantastic parks and a community centre. It is recognized as the first planned, and fully integrated post-war community in North America. It is credited with laying out the blueprint for Toronto's post-war suburban development and the building of contemporary neighbourhoods.
